HVAC Greatness Refund & Program Policies

General Policy

All purchases of digital programs, workshops, coaching, and training are subject to the policies outlined below.
Because many programs include limited seating and live participation, certain payments (such as deposits) may be non-refundable once a seat has been reserved.
If a participant has any concern regarding billing, they agree to contact HVAC Greatness directly so the matter can be resolved before initiating a credit card dispute or chargeback.

HVAC Profit Trifecta™ Implementation Sprint

Enrollment in the HVAC Profit Trifecta™ Implementation Sprint reserves a limited seat in the program cohort.
Deposits are non-refundable because they remove a seat from availability in a limited cohort program.
Participants enrolling using the payment plan agree to complete the scheduled payments according to the program timeline.
If a participant cannot attend after enrolling, HVAC Greatness will work with them to determine a fair resolution when possible.
Program materials and frameworks are proprietary and may not be copied, shared, or distributed.
Participants agree to contact HVAC Greatness directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a credit card dispute or chargeback.

Digital Courses & Training Materials

Purchases of digital training materials, recorded workshops, or downloadable resources are generally non-refundable due to the immediate access to proprietary information.
